About Jeff

I started photography last January 2011 with my very first gear Nikon D3100 and its kit lens 18-55mm, and joined a group called Gulf Photographers Network in Bahrain.

I do Street, Fashion, and Food photography. Street? Because there are a lot of stories to capture out in the streets, you just have to be patient and wait for the right moment to get a good catch. Well that is one of the tip I’ve always encountered whenever I read blogs about street photography. Fashion? I just love doing it that’s all. Food? I like foods and I love to eat, everyone does! But not everyone can cook and that is what I have to thank for. If there’s a time that I can’t go out for a shoot I will just go to the kitchen and cook then have it photograph afterwards.

Someone asked me what I really get in this craft and what I am going to do on those photos I had taken, and I simply answered “happiness” and I enjoy doing it. As for the photos I will keep them as memories and use as a guide to enhance my ability to produce a more quality photographs in the future.

For me you should learn how to see creatively to capture that greatest moment and to make good memories.

I am Jeffrey Cariaga amateur photographer and soon to be pro (they may say I’m a dreamer, but I am not the only one…) lol.
